Computer Dynamics has provided all of the technology services for Northwestern Illinois Community Action Agency for nearly 30 years. We have purchased all of our equipment from Computer Dynamics including computers, printers, network servers, and our VOIP phone system. They host our email and provide offsite backup for our data. Through the service agreement we have with Computer Dynamics, they manage all of the security for all of our computers with a very effective Barracuda email spam filter and Sophos firewall to protect against outside threats to our computer system. Soon after its opening in 2003, Freeport Public Library began relying on Computer Dynamics to keep us up, running, and current for the benefit of the 500+ people who visit the library daily. Now, with Managed Services, Computer Dynamics' already good service is even better. Only recently, the Managed Services program saved the library some significant data loss by alerting us to a failing hard drive. Also, no more worries about backing up all our various files!
